Assistant Principal, Brooke Hoffman

I am excited to join Burgettstown Middle/High School as your new assistant principal. I hold a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and am pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Administration. I am certified as a K-12 principal and hold multiple teaching certifications in early childhood, special education, and middle-grade content areas.

My work as an instructional leader has focused on:

-Using data to identify patterns and drive decisions that support student growth

-Designing safe, challenging classrooms where students feel supported and motivated to learn

-Embracing diversity and tailoring instruction to meet each student’s unique needs

I have contributed to school culture and programming through committee work focused on student pathways, incentive programs, and attendance/achievement initiatives.

As assistant principal, I am committed to clear communication, a warm and collaborative approach, and fostering an inclusive school community where every student can thrive. I look forward to working with families, staff, and students to continue building a strong, supportive learning environment at Burgettstown MS/HS.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. We love going on adventures, reading together, and cheering at school events. I value family time and bring that same spirit of care and connection to our school community.

If you would like to connect, please feel free to reach out via email or phone. I am eager to partner with you this year.
