Transcripts- Requests for transcripts must be made in writing and authorized by the student (18 years of age and over) or parent (students under 18 years of age) with a signature. No verbal or emailed requests will be honored. Please forward requests to:

Faxed requests may also be sent to 724-215-1034, provided the student's signature is included.
Please allow one week for processing. Please state the year of graduation or the dates of attendance. Include the student's maiden name, if applicable, and the name and address where the transcript is to be sent.
Diplomas- The middle/high school does not retain copies of diplomas for graduates. Verification of high school graduation may be requested in writing, to the attention of: Principal's Secretary
